Getting your flight reservation takes under ten minutes. This is a walkthrough of exactly what to fill in on the booking form, and a few common mistakes worth avoiding before you submit your visa application.
Step 1: Enter your route and travel dates
On the booking form, enter:
- Origin: The airport or city you are flying from
- Destination: Your destination (for Schengen, this is typically a European city)
- Departure date: Your planned departure — this should be consistent with your visa application
- Return date: Your planned return date
If your exact dates are not confirmed yet, use dates consistent with the duration of stay you plan to request. You can always get a new reservation if dates change significantly.
Step 2: Add passenger details
Enter each passenger exactly as they appear on their passport:
- Full name: Match the passport exactly, including middle names if shown
- Date of birth: Required for the airline booking
- Nationality: Used to verify passport details
The name on your reservation must match your passport. Discrepancies — even small ones like "Mohammed" vs. "Mohammad" — can cause problems at visa appointments. Double-check before paying.
If you are booking for multiple passengers, add each one separately. The fee is ₹499 per passenger.
Step 3: Pay securely via Stripe
After entering your details, you will be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout page. You can pay with any major credit or debit card.
Your payment is processed by Stripe directly — we do not see or store your card details.
Step 4: Receive your PDF
Once payment is confirmed, your booking confirmation PDF is sent to your email within minutes. The PDF includes:
- Your full passenger name
- Flight details: route, dates, times, airline, and flight number
- Your PNR — the six-character booking reference
- Booking status: Confirmed
You can also download the PDF directly from your booking result page immediately after payment.
Before you submit your visa application
Verify your PNR on the airline's website. Go to their "Manage booking" or "Check-in" page, enter your PNR and last name, and confirm the booking appears as expected.
This takes thirty seconds and gives you complete confidence before your visa appointment.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Misspelling your name: The reservation name must match your passport exactly. Re-read it character by character before paying.
- Wrong travel dates: Your reservation dates should be consistent with your visa application. A July reservation on a May application will look inconsistent.
- Submitting before the PDF arrives: Payment confirmation is not the same as the PDF reservation. Wait for the email with the PDF attached before submitting your application.
- Copy-pasting details between passengers: Each passenger must have their own correct information. Check every field individually.
